DEFIANCE COUNTY GRAND JURY INDICTS 16, ALDRICH, BOWER, NIX, CHAVEZ, SWIRLES

The Defiance County Grand Jury indicted 16 persons after cases were presented by Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray.   Some of those indictments included 38 year old Rodney Bower of Hicksville, on charges of Felonious Assault, and Endangering Children.                         26 year old Seth Aldrich of Defiance was indicted for Felonious Assault, and for Domestic Violence.

65 year old Michael Nix of Defiance was indicted on 3 counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor.                                 21 year old Jose Chavez of Defiance was indicted on two counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor.       And 21 year old Austin Swirles of Fayette was indicted for Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

                       39 year old Phillip Hoberty of Defiance was indicted for Domestic Violence, and for Violating a Protection Order.

The Defiance County Grand Jury indictments included 34 year old Tyler Moss of Defiance, and 28 year old Summer Moore of Hicksville, each indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs.  Moore was also indicted for Tampering with Evidence.                                     Other indictments for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs included 23 year old Dana Densmore of Liberty Center, 57 year old Scott Miller of Defiance, and 51 year old Rhonda Fischer of Bryan. Scott Miller was also indicted for Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle.
