Law officers converged on a parking lot on the north side of Defiance last night where a shooting occurred.Just after 7pm Tuesday, Defiance Police were dispatched to the parking lot of the Quality Inn north of the bypass.They found an adult male had been shot in the foot, and was injured.Officers took 47 year old Rebecca M. Reed of New London, Ohio into custody.Reed was charged with Felonious Assault, but other charges are pending.She is being held at the regional jail.The adult male victim was transported to the Defiance Regional Medical Center and is listed in stable condition.
