CONTRACT FOR CAMPBELL SOUP COMPANY UNION EMPLOYEES IN NAPOLEON TO EXPIRE

A three-year contract between the Campbell Soup Company and its hourly union employees at the Napoleon plant is set to expire this week.Last Friday, the United Food and Commercial Workers union for Campbell Soup voted down the latest contract offer.The company has responded by offering to extend the current contract through May 31st in order that negotiations can continue.Campbell Soup has about 1,000 employees that fall under the bargaining unit at the Napoleon plant.
