HIGHWAY PURSUIT IN NW OHIO LEADS TO ARREST IN DEF.

A highway pursuit in northwest Ohio led to the arrest of a wanted felon from the state of Missouri.   Troopers with the highway patrol tried to pull-over a vehicle in Paulding County near route 127, when the subject fled on U.S. 24.   The car eventually crossed the median, after the patrol put spikes down on the highway, and the suspect got off in the area of Krouse Road.   The chase ended near the Defiance Reservoir, when the vehicle roared through a back yard, and ended up stuck in a field in the city of Defiance.  Arrested at the scene was 31 year old Michael St. Onge, II of Missouri.   St. Onge was found to be operating a stolen vehicle from Missouri, and was wanted on 4 other felony warrants.   He was transported to the regional jail, pending a court appearance.
