A Toledo teen involved in a shooting incident and stolen vehicle last summer was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court. 18 year old Jeshua Gilmore of Toledo pled guilty to Attempted Aggravated Murder, five counts of Grand Theft, Failure to Comply with an Officer, and Having Weapons while under Disability. On July 31st, 2017, while trying to elude police, Gilmore shot an officer, and fled with a vehicle. He was sentenced to 23 years and 9 months in prison, along with a 3 year mandatory sentence for the gun specification.
