SENATOR BROWN ON FUNDING FOR WATER QUALITY

U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown reports 4.5 million dollars is headed to the Ohio EPA, to better prevent pollution from entering Ohio’s lakes, rivers and waterways.  The funds will help the EPA pursue research and public outreach efforts to keep water runoff from polluting water sources.

Senator Brown cited the Toledo water crisis as an example of why this program is critical to Ohio communities.
