A Napoleon man has been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony charge of Burglary.  18 year old Nathan Rohrs of Napoleon waived his preliminary hearing on the second degree felony.   The court placed Rohrs on GPS house arrest, and ordered him to have no contact with the victims.  He must also report to the probation department 3 times per week.

 

                        In another case, a charge of Forgery against 35 year old James Rivera of Napoleon was dismissed in Napoleon Municipal Court.

 

 

 

And in Fulton County Court, several subjects were sentenced on a variety of charges.

 

31 year old Seth Bowser of Delta pled guilty to Attempted Burglary, and was sentenced to 16 months in prison.

 

22 year old Justin Soules of Delta pled guilty to Trafficking Heroin, Drugs, and Marijuana.   Soules was placed on community control for 24 months.

 

                                    23 year old Justin Buehrer of Delta pled guilty to Trafficking in Marijuana, and was also placed on community control for two years.

 

And 19 year old Sierra Baker of Wauseon pled guilty to Attempted Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs.  Baker was ordered to serve 8 months in prison.
