It looks like the projected revenue needed for Napoleon water plant rebuild will be unveiled to city council on Tuesday.   Napoleon city manager Monica Irelan reports she has received information from Courtney and Associates, regarding the amount of money Napoleon will need from water bills, to pay for the renovations to the current water treatment plant.   Irelan says she wants to present that information to Napoleon Council first; and will then comment on how it might impact any changes to Napoleon’s water rates for the future.                 In some respects, a city wants to have enough money on-hand for a worst-case scenario emergency to something as critical as a water distribution system.  Yet they don’t want to stress their citizens with high rates for an account that might never be used.    A rough estimate for Napoleon’s current water reserve fund balance at this time is $380,000.
