A call of suspicious activity in Deshler over the weekend led to the discovery of a methamphetamine lab. The Henry County Sheriff’s office along with Deshler Police and the Multi Area Narcotics Unit converged on 640 East Holmes Street in Deshler at 12:35am Saturday morning.
Three Deshler residents were arrested in connection with the drug investigation. 33 year old Robert Salyer, 35 year old Pamela Salyer, and 35 year old Brian Cole were all charged with Illegal Assembly or Possesion of Chemicals for Manufacture of Drugs. Another charge of Endangering Children was also filed in the case. Robert Salyers, Pamela Salyers, and Brian Cole are now being held at the regional jail, with additional charges pending.
And as a result of this investigation, deputies were led to two other residences in the Deshler Area on Sunday, where a second meth lab was located on road B.
