The recent meeting of the Henry County Grand Jury led to 12 persons being indicted, after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney John Hanna.
The indictments include 22 year old Chad Pultz of Liberty Center, and 22 year old Carlos Reyes, III of Archbold- both were charged with Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor. Pultz was indicted on 4 counts, and Reyes for 1.
27 year old Carmel Castillo of Defiance was indicted for Violating a Protection Order.
67 year old George Rogers of Napoleon was indicted for Obstructing Justice.
28 year old Rylee Jahns of Weston was indicted for Possession of Drugs, and Austin Castillo of Defiance was indicted for Possession of Cocaine.
Other Henry County Grand Jury indictments include 58 year old Marvin Wright, Jr. of Weston was indicted for Operating a vehicle under the influence of Alcohol.
23 year old James Slone of Napoleon was indicted on three counts of Forgery.
28 year old James Curry, Jr. of Napoleon was indicted for Failing to register a change of address as a sex offender.
31 year old Leo Jeffers, JR. of Grand Rapids was indicted for Breaking and Entering.
74 year old Raymond Barnes of LibertyCenter was indicted for Receiving Stolen Property.
And 66 year old Albert Blackwood of Perrysburg was indicted on four counts of Forgery.
