The Henry County grand jury met earlier this month, with 17 persons being indicted after cases were presented by prosecuting attorney John Hanna.  

Two men are facing first degree Rape charges, in a case allegedly involving the same adult female victim in Napoleon. They are 38 year old Chad Lauharn, and 55 year old Rudi Ochoa-both of Napoleon.

An investigation in conjunction with the Henry County Sheriff’s office and the Multi Area Narcotics Task Force has led to three indictments by the grand jury. 55 year old Elwood Fuhr, Vickie Green and 43 year old David Green, all of Liberty Center, were each indicted for Illegal Cultivation of Marijuana. Elwood Fuhr was also indicted for Tampering with Evidence.

                        34 year old James Wagner of Holgate was indicted for a felony charge of Theft, in a case allegedly dealing with unemployment benefits.

                           Indictments for Domestic Violence were filed against 37 year old Frank Simon of Deshler, 56 year old David Ward of Napoleon, and 26 year old James Mason of Napoleon.

22 year old Joseph Pedraza of Napoleon was indicted for Grand Theft, and Having Weapons while under Disability.

26 year old Damien Wolpert of Deshler was indicted by the Henry County Grand Jury for Trafficking in Marijuana.

31 year old Tyler VonDeylen of Malinta was indicted for Breaking and Entering.

And 23 year old Christopher Christenseon of Napoleon was indicted for Felonious Assault.
