A farm field is being transformed into a new elementary school ground on the west edge of Napoleon.   Some huge earth moving machines are at the site off Westmoreland Avenue; and have been clawing at the soil to prep it for the building that will be going-up this summer and fall.    When this project is complete, Napoleon will move students from three elementary buildings into one large facility.   Operational costs should plummet in the exchange of three old buildings, for a modern climate-controlled environment for students and staff.
