The number of requests for carrying concealed weapon permits has fallen in the first quarter of 2014 in the BuckeyeState. Attorney General Mike DeWine reports there were 16,205 new concealed carry licenses issued for the first quarter of this year. That’s down about 338 from the first quarter in 2013.
Checking the HenryCounty numbers; new licenses for concealed weapons dropped from 143 to 46, compared with the first quarter of 2013. And FultonCounty also reported a drop in licenses issued, from 189 to 51.
