Henry County law officers investigated three injury accidents over the weekend, and made other arrests.
Saturday afternoon at 5:25pm, 30 year old Dalton Simon of Malinta lost control of his car on state route 65, crashing into a utility pole. Simon suffered serious injuries; and was transported from the scene by Pro medica Air Ambulance. Dalton Simon was taken to the Toledo Hospital; but there was no word on his condition. McClure Fire and Rescue also assisted at the scene.
Then at 4:04am Sunday, 21 year old Ross Huber of Napoleon was westbound on U.S. 6, when he fell asleep at the wheel, and crashed into a concrete barrier. Huber sustained injuries, and was transported to the Henry County Hospital by Napoleon Rescue.
And at 3:50pm Sunday, 36 year old Joshua Atkinson of rural Napoleon was driving an ATV on road 4-A, when he lost control of the four-wheeler and rolled it. The ATV landed on top of Atkinson, causing injuries. Joshua Atkinson was transported to the Henry County Hospital by Liberty Rescue.
